Shipping policy

Unless stated otherwise, we always send our orders free of charge. The delivery time is between 1-5 working days depending on the season. We usually ship your order the next day. If you have not received your delivery within working days, please contact us athello@waspshaving.comwith order number. If an item has a different delivery time, it is indicated next to the respective item. Unclaimed packages are charged SEK 150

Within Sweden, we ship with Post Nord. If you have chosen cash on delivery as the shipping method, your goods will remain in the post office for two weeks. Unclaimed goods are returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping, shipping and handling fees, currently SEK 150.

Returns are at your own expense except if the product is defective or if we have packed or sent the wrong product. Returns must be sent as letters or parcels, not cash on delivery.

When you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must send or return it to us.
